Spring is upon us and it's time for SHORTS, SHORTS, SHORTS im a huge fan of cut-off high waisted shorts however, if you go to stores such as American Apparel or Urban Outfitters, these shorts can cost you $40 and up.My tip is to go to your local thrift store find some old high waisted jeans,and cut them yourself and if you're lucky you might even come across some old levis.
